  8. Registration fee for Minimum Authorised Share Capital* payable to the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).

  9. Others such as delivery, printing and etc.

  • Monthly Retainer Fees.
  • Other charges such as:
    1. Filing of Annual Return with the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) (compulsory).
    2. Preparing resolutions, notice of meetings and minutes of meetings (compulsory for AGM).
    3. Attending Board/Annual/Extraordinary General Meeting(s).
    4. Certification of forms or documents.
    5. Certification of Memorandum and Articles of Association (if any changes on the original).

  3. Your e-mail address.
  4. Your position in the company.
  5. Three (3) proposed company name & company activities (each).
  6. Authorized share capital (refer to the Table above).
  7. Have you been charged in court? (Yes/No).
